Tennessee Titans released Chris Johnson after 6 seasons. The pro-bowl RB has been very productive until the last 2 seasons because of injuries. He averaged 3.9 YPC last season. If Tennesee is willing to send him away, you should ask; “How much does he have left?”Time may be catching up with him. A change of scenery should do some good.
The Jets looking at him doesn’t come as much of a surprise as they are building a “win now” offense. With Rex on the hot seat, look for them to take a serious look to help give Geno a break.
The Bills on the other team seem most likely to pass on CJ2K. With their own CJ(Spiller) and Fred Jackson and a deep draft. They won’t need to spend the money on him.
The Dolphins, on the other hand might kick the tires. They have Lamar Miller and just signed Knowshon Moreno. However, he (CJ2K), doesn’t seem to be a “Philbin Type Player”.
I think there would be a definite personality conflict.
IMO, the field for CJ2K is getting narrower.
