Just a brief look at what is going on for the teams in the AFCE as they officially
begin offseason workout programs. For the first time in a few years all four teams
will have the same head coach as the previous year.
Bills – DeAndre Hopkins indicated in an interview that he would like to go to the
Bills (or Chiefs). A one-two punch of Hopkins and Diggs would be a lot of fun for
Josh Allen.
Dolphins – Likely to sign Chosen (Robbie) Anderson. I find this move puzzling as
WR appears to be a position of strength for the Dolphins.
Jets – In what looks like a contract squabble, Quinnen Williams is not expected to
report to the Jets offseason program.
Patriots – With the rumors that Belichick was trying to trade Mac Jones still
circulating, the Patriots sign former Cardinal backup QB Trace McSorley.
McSorley is most likely a camp body that could become the QB on the practice
squad.
