Ranking the AFCE QBs: Pot Stirring Edition

Ranking the AFCE QBs: Pot Stirring Edition
class="post-date-wrap left relative post-date-mob">

With the offseason rearing its ugly head and not much interesting stuff going on, I’ve decided to have a fun article ranking the starting QBs in the AFCE. Enjoy.

1) Tyrod Taylor: QB for the Buffalo Bills

Tyrod is a controversial figure in Buffalo as it is very divided among Bills Nation on what to do with him. Some want him gone to be replaced by someone in this draft or go full tank with Cardale and some want him to stay realizing that no one could overcome the disaster that was Rob Ryan. I’m one of those wanting to keep him and as a playmaker he is the best of the 4 QBs in the roster. His legs are his best asset as he can make a big play happen at any occasion and his ability to elude pressure gives the offense more time to attack the defense. As a passer he has the best deep ball in the NFL and last year he showed progression on the intermediate.  Last year as a passer he was held back as Anthony Lynn was part of the Rex school of I hate passing and made Tyrod not take the risk he took his first year. With a new OC that knows what he’s doing and hopefully a healthy WR corp. Tyrod is ready to go 2013 Russel Wilson and lead the Bills to the SB victory over the Vikings.

2) Jay Cutler: QB for the J-E-T-S Jets! Jets!  Jets!

Jay Cutler is the perfect Jets QB, he doesn’t care about the media or anything in general. He also would probably be the best Jets QB since Chad Pennington.  With the Jets being in win now mode due to their GM overpaying older players, the Jets need a Franchise QB since their current Franchise QB isn’t ready. Cutler and Marshall were a fantasy duo for the ages and Cutler is the king of garbage time. He has one of the better arms and with a coaching staff with a clue, has been pretty good. With Cutler the Jets still get the attention they did when Rex was there without having to have Rex coach the team.

3) Ryan Tannehill: WR for the Miami Dolphins of Hard Rock Stadium

Tannehill is lucky to have a job. One of the worst NFL QBs in the league, if it wasn’t due to his contract, the Dolphins would have moved on to him for Moore years ago. Tannehill can’t make any throw or make any tackle which is what you pay QBs the big bucks. Tannehill will yet again lead the Dolphins down to obscurity before they make the wise move of signing Johnny Manziel from the CFL and going 14-2 in style.

4) Tom Brady: QB for the “SB” Winning New England Patriots

Brady is a Cheatin Cheater Who Cheated and He’s not My Super Bowl Champ. I don’t recognize any of his achievements and the NFL will be back on top once he leaves for good.
