The Packers have had a quiet offseason, resigning a bunch of their own free agents and making one outside signing in Bears DE Julius Peppers. They also let WR James Jones sign with Oakland, and they don’t seem interested in resigning TE Jermichael Finley and his potentially career-ending neck injury. Green Bay’s top needs are S, C, WR, and TE, and any of these positions should be in play with their first pick.

Philadelphia has had an interesting offseason. They began with two solid moves by trading for RB Darren Sproles and signing S Malcom Jenkins. They resigned some of their own like WR Jeremy Maclin, S Nate Allen and the controversial WR Riley Cooper, and they replaced QB Michael Vick with Mark Sanchez. A few weeks later the Eagles released their #1 receiver DeSean Jackson, a move the team called “purely a football decision”. Philadelphia boasts a talented roster heading into the draft, but they could use upgrades at DE, DT, WR, and TE.
