We kick off the week with two teams familiar to TheSidelineReport.com. Baltimore put together a solid defensive effort in 2013, but the team was held back by injuries to the offense and lackluster performances by the offensive line. After perusing a plethora of mock drafts, many seem to favor offensive lineman and safeties for the Ravens first pick. WR is also an option, but that would be a huge gamble given the Ravens inability to draft receivers that become productive in the NFL.

The Jets made some flashy moves this offseason adding Michael Vick, Chris Johnson and Eric Decker and releasing a few veterans in Antonio Cromartie and Santonio Holmes. New York still has the look of a middle-of-the-road team, and will require some impact players in the draft if they want to return to the ranks of playoff contenders. Even though they won’t have a capable passer, the Jets could use a dynamic WR or TE, and they could also look to continue building their young defense.
